WHITE CUBE2
Korbeličová, Klaudia ; Kowolowski, František (referee) ; Gabriel, Michal (advisor)
THE DIPLOMA THESIS WHITE CUBE2 DEALS WITH THE ISSUE OF THE INTERIOR OF THE GALLERY. THE AIM OD THE THESIS IS TO DEFINE THE ONTOLOGICAL STATUS OF THE ARCHITECTURAL SPACE OF THE GALLERY AND ITS EXHIBITIONS. THIS PART IS PRECEDED BY A DISCOVERY OF INSTALLATION DISCOURSE AND THE OVERALL CONCEPT OF WHITE CUBE2. THE WORK DEALS WITH THE RELATIONSHIP OF THE MODEL GALLERY IN THE GALLERY AND WITH THE CHANGE OF THE USED MODEL OF THE TRADITIONAL ROLE OF THE VIEWER AS THE RECIPIENT OF THE WORK. THE WORK PRESENTS THE SCI-FI IDEA OF THE FUTURE OF THE MALE ELEMENT.

Design of state space controller for DC motor
Kuklík, Michal ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Kovář, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the distribution of DC motors and their possibilities of regulation. DC motor MF 112 S from company EM Brno was chosen for the modeling. The thesis describes design of the engine model in the state space. In this thesis is described design of state controller for DC motor. The design is done in Matlab / Simulink.
A NUMERICAL METHOD FOR THE SOLUTION OF THE NONLINEAR OBSERVER PROBLEM
Rehák, Branislav
The central part in the process of solving the observer problem for nonlinear systems is to nd a solution of a partial differential equation of first order. The original method proposed to solve this equation used expansions into Taylor polynomials, however, it suffers from rather restrictive assumptions while the approach proposed here allows to generalize these requirements. Its characteristic feature is that it is based on the application of the Finite Element\nMethod. An illustrating example is provided.

Comparison of Nonlinear Observers for Underactuated Mechanical Systems
Anderle, Milan ; Čelikovský, Sergej
This paper provides the comparison of nonlinear observers for underactuated mechanical systems with aplication to Acrobot walking. Namely, it aims to compare a reduced observer for the Acrobot angular velocities based on the respective angles measurements with a observer for the Acrobot angular velocity and angle based on the other angular velocity and angle measurement and then to combine this observers with the earlier developed full state feedback controllers. For the Acrobot it is not possible to measure the angle between its stance leg and the surface directly because this angle is underactuated. One possibility of measuring this angle is using laser beam sensor and then computation the stance angle from that distance. Main disadvantage of this approach is the high price of the laser beam sensor. The other observer is based on angular velocity of stance leg measurement using the digital gyroscope.
